He is an Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from the IE Business School.

ING Retail Netherlands
Pieter van der Werf (1966) was appointed as Head of Customer Experience Branches as of April 2016. In this role he is responsible for the customer experience, remodeling and innovation of Branches for ING Netherlands, including hiring and coaching of all new branch advisors.
Prior to this he was responsible for the set up and roll out of the post merger branch network of ING in the Netherlands.
Pieter has a MSc degree in Economics and joined ING in 2001. Pieter has built up a wide experience within retail in food and non food before joining ING.

Morten has responsibility for the bank’s branch network, ATM & cash development and concepts in retail banking globally. He joined Nordea in 1996 as deputy head of Global Contact Center, after which he moved to Siemens AG to set up and head Denmark’s customer service centers. He returned to Nordea in 2002, taking on various managerial roles in branch transformation and retail executive management. He is currently globally responsible for the development and strategy of Nordea’s physical channels across all retail markets.

Floortje is a dynamic, positive senior executive with an extensive track record in digital transformation, customer care, Retail and Corporate Banking. She is entrepreneurial in spirit and approach and explores opportunities for continuous learning and improvement. An innovative and externally focused thinker, who champions the use of new technologies. She has been managing director at ABN AMRO for many years, the last 4 years of which has been her role as head of the Contact Center.

Based in Jersey, Channel Islands, Jamie is responsible for designing and delivering the overall Customer Experience and Digital banking strategy for RBS International – the offshore division of the RBS Group. In this role, Jamie holds overall responsibility for all customer insight and market research programmes; End-to-end Customer Journey Management, and on-going development of all customer facing digital platforms and channels. Outside of banking, he serves as a Non-Executive Director in the Not-For-Profit sector, and is currently Chairman of Jersey Women’s Refuge.

With a degree in Maths and an MBA under his belt, Nick Harrison is well versed in number crunching, which comes in handy for his role as Head of Products at first direct.
Driven by a desire to make banking simple and easy to help his customers realise their financial dreams, Nick is always looking to ensure the best products, propositions and technology are in place to help these ideas become a reality.
He predicts omnichannel banking (communicating with customers in the same way through many mediums) will massively simplify banking for users in the future, and is a strong believer in listening to customers and building solutions based on their needs.

Maurice has spent the last 15 years taking care of the transformation of customer-facing channels at Intesa Sanpaolo, firstly for the Italian market and then in the International Subsidiary Banking Division. He leads the digital transformation process in all the subsidiary banking ecosystems at Intesa Sanpaolo, defining and implementing the strategic path of the transition from a "traditional" bank environment to an up-to-date, modern environment able not only to cope with technological and innovation changes, but also to exploit those changes for creating a competitive advantage.
As Head of Multichannel & Customer Experience, he’s responsible for drawing and delivering the digital transformation strategy in the Subsidiary Banks’ network of Intesa Sanpaolo, reshaping and transforming the banks’ customer-facing channels across all segments and all touch (trust) points of the banks. Jakob is responsible for the E2E customer experience and processes for all customer segments including Process Performance, Process Documentation and Automation. Previously, he oversaw the E2E customer experience and processes for retail pension and retail investment divisions within Danske bank.
Prior to this focus, Jakob held the position of Chief Consultant, responsible for the retail pension and retail investment CSAT in Personal Banking with an E2E customer experience view in “MIN BANK” at Danske Bank.

As Head of Strategy for Branch Network, Slawomir leads and coordinates initiatives across the entire branch network including cross-division transformation programs. In his role, Slawomir also co-leads strategic initiatives for mBank’s Retail Banking division.

Andrés’ responsibilities include leading the Open Platform and the Strategic Alliance initiatives. In those capacities, he is tasked with partnering with fintech companies and incorporating their innovation into the bank’s services and products.
He is also charged with connecting to the innovation community of developers and entrepreneurs, in order to form an ecosystem where partnerships and ideas about the future of banking can flourish. Andrés also leads key Business Innovation projects such as voice-assisted virtual assistant for mobile banking and tablet-based consumer banking sales tools.

Burcu Bacioglu is responsible for process architecture; design and development of the entire branch network. Having a BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering; she started her career in Software AG with a focus of business process management and has been with Garanti since 2012. She is currently leading the pivotal branch transformation project and mainly focusing on mobile tools & digital platforms to evolve Garanti branches into an innovative physical customer channels built on digitalization.

Piotr is a Branch Transformation Leader at mBank with 10+ years of project management experience. He leads mBank’s strategic branch network transformation and expansion initiatives. Piotr co-authored mBank’s interactive Light Branch model, awarded Best of Show at FinovateEurope 2015 in London.

Monika systematically manages the innovation process and supports the entire innovation ecosystem within KB Group. She provides innovation as a service especially designed to serve the agile part of the bank. with a focus on education and applying innovative methods to be used by the business on a daily basis.
In her role, Monika also collaborates with universities and startups in the space to build new concepts and establish effective partnerships for the bank.

His team managed the growth of point of sales locations from 7 stand alone stores to 650 and from 700 wholesale locations to 2500 wholesale locations in the last 10 years as well as numerous other projects including; desiging shopping windows, pop up stores and exhibition stands.
