Simon is driving Erste Banks strategic project programs in the fields of investments and insurances. He oversees a budget of 100 Mio and manages a team of 30 specialists who work across asset management, bancassurance and strategic retail projects. Simon and his team are currently designing new retail solutions with the aim of increasing client penetration in asset management and implement a bancassurance distribution model. During his time at Erste Bank he has been responsible for delivering 8% YOY growth in the asset management customer penetration, implementing a multichannel specialist model, and rolling out a Digital Education Programme for employees.
