Malin is the VP of Digitalisation and Innovation at Handelsbanken and is responsible for driving the organisations digitalisation journey. Malin has more than 20 years’ experience working in advisory services for corporate and individual customers, and has been in leadership roles at several branches. Reporting to the CDO, Malin interacts with many different business functions within the organisation to drive the digital transformation agenda. Malin’s current focus is understanding and mapping out changes in customer behaviour and business models following trends in emerging technologies and open banking.
