Cosmin is responsible for leading the branch transformation strategy across 13 markets, and influencing C-level stakeholder to create buy-in to secure investment. Cosmin has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, specialising in; sales, channel strategy, digital customer acquisition and distribution management in multichannel environments. During his time at Raiffeisen Bank, he has contributed to the group wide digital strategy, including assessing the impact of digital transformation on products, services and the business model.
