Aniek Schoenmakers is an experienced Consultant at ABN AMRO Contact Center and is the customer journey champion in the organization. She works in a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for improving organizational development and execution, and for driving strategic transformation from cost center to value center. Aniek and her team are set to significantly transform employee experience, and in turn, the customer experience by redesigning the employee journey. Aniek’s latest achievements include introducing an operational efficiency training program for employees which reduced the cost of employee training. She also introduced and headed up the roll out of a Workspace Desktop which enabled remote working.
