Ivan Ivanov is Director Retail Banking at Bulgarian-American credit bank. He is responsible for business development, sales channels, and service of retail customers, product development and branch network management. Reporting into the CEO, Ivan has a team of 110 across head office and the branch network, who are responsible for developing the 80 mln EUR retail loan portfolio and 300 mln EUR deposits portfolio. During his tenure at the bank, he has already implemented changes to the retail products and improved customer focus in-branch, which has led to a 70% increase in the retail loan portfolio. Ivan’s is focusing on implementing branch network reorganization to improve the customer experience and journey.
