Aisling is responsible for branch banking, the Small Business portfolio and strategic partnerships at Danske Bank UK. In her core role, Aisling oversees 40 branches and manages a team of 400 advisors and branch banking specialists. She has over 30 years’ experience in a variety of roles across Retail Banking, Business Banking, Transformation & Strategy. In 2019 Aisling led the customer centric Branch Transformation focusing on the human/digital partnership together with multi-skilling, accessibility and digital education for customers and colleagues . Aisling is currently leading a Bank transformation programme for 2020, focusing on Removing complexity and cost from customer journeys and end to end processes, reporting into the Deputy CEO of DBUK.
