Antonio is responsible for global transformation initiatives within the Branches Re-Imagination department at Banco Santander. For the last 10 years he has worked in the retail banking industry, focusing on how to deliver digital customer journeys relating to branches to enhance the customer experience. Antonio has spearheaded several branch transformation and multichannel strategy projects in Latin America and Europe. He is currently creating and expanding new branch formats globally, and developing new branch revenues.
