Vinita is responsible for managing risk at HSBC Kinetic. Kinetic is a new business banking app that serves the UK SME community. Vinita is working with the Kinetic team to deliver a successful launch in 2020 with a product suite that serves small businesses in the UK. For the last 20+ years she has specialised in conduct, change, process, risk, controls, automation and leadership development across multiple industries and geographies. During her time at Barclays she led a global training programme with over 1,000 employees to embed good conduct and led an initiative across the UK bank on how to measure and automate controls, driving up 50% automation of controls.
