Steven Coutinho (Past Speaker)

Steven Coutinho is the former Managing Director of RBC Royal Bank of Canada in the Caribbean. In 2016 he spearheaded the bank's efforts towards becoming a digitially enabled bank, standardizing and digitizing client processes to enhance the customer experience. On the back of his success, Steven now helps other banks across the globe in their digital transformation efforts, where he focusses on transforming the mindsets of organizations to become more open to change and unleash creativity. Steven holds a Masters in Applied Physics cum laude from the University of Groningen and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
