Planning for Post-Pandemic Success: Lessons Learned from COVID-19 for Future Retail Banking Operations

In Q3 of 2021, WBR Insights surveyed 100 Heads of Branch and similar from organisations across Europe, to find out about the challenges they are facing in 2021, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the innovative solutions they are putting in place.
